We are looking for a dynamic Management Control Lead to join our growing team in Santiago. In this multicultural environment, fluent English is essential for daily collaboration with global teams. Reporting to the Finance & Administration Manager (Chile), you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with international standards (US GAAP). Job Responsibilities Implement and optimize US GAAP reporting processes; supervise FP&A and period‑end closings. Produce management reports and provide analytical insights for decision‑making. Prepare and review reinsurance reports and tax packages per international requirements. Supervise treasury operations, collections, commissions, and reinsurance processes. Collaborate cross‑functionally with HQ and local teams; manage relationships with fund managers and external providers. Oversee vendors to ensure SLA and quality compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Management Control, Commercial Engineering, or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. Previous experience with a Big Four accounting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG). Fluent English, both written and verbal, is required. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple reporting and compliance projects simultaneously. Experience with international financial standards and cross‑border operations.
