¿Cuál será tu impacto?

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Analista Mesa de servicios quien tendrá como misión proporcionar soporte tecnológico eficiente y centrado en el usuario, gestionando tickets de manera proactiva, escalando incidentes críticos y comunicándose de forma transparente. El objetivo es asegurar la continuidad operativa y la satisfacción del cliente, contribuyendo a la mejora continua de nuestros procesos.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Recepción, registro y seguimiento de incidentes y requerimientos.
  • Escalamiento oportuno a niveles superiores cuando corresponda.
  • Comunicación constante con usuarios sobre el estado de sus solicitudes.
  • Documentación de soluciones y procedimientos.
  • Participación en reuniones de equipo y mejora continua del servicio.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación técnica o profesional en áreas de informática, telecomunicaciones o afines, con conocimiento de ITIL.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en roles similares (Service Desk, Help Desk, Soporte Técnico).
  • Conocimiento en sistemas operativos Windows y herramientas de ofimática.
  • Deseable manejo de herramientas de ticketing (ej. ServiceNow, GLPI, Remedy, Jira).
  • Inglés intermedio o superior (oral y escrito) deseable para atención de usuarios o documentación técnica.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos 24/7
