The Role

As our
Salesforce Administrator
, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing ongoing administrative support for the Salesforce platform, including user management, data maintenance, and system configuration
  • Delivering timely and effective technical support to end-users
  • Collaborating with regional and global teams to ensure platform stability and performance
  • Implementing and maintaining security settings, user roles, and profiles
  • Assisting in documentation, training materials, and process flows
  • Supporting platform upgrades, patches, and releases
  • Creating and managing reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Conducting regular system audits and ensuring data integrity and compliance

  • Staying up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices

  • Training and guiding users to enhance Salesforce skills across the organisation.

*About You*

You should have:

  • 2+ years of experience working at a global or regional level with Salesforce platforms
  • Salesforce Admin certifications (ADM201, ADM211, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence
  • Background in Financial Services (desirable)
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems
  • Proficiency in building custom apps, workflows, formula fields, and views
  • Understanding of other Salesforce Clouds and Apps (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must
