Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Responsable de liderar y ejecutar transacciones inmobiliarias de alta complejidad, asesorando y representando a clientes Locales, Corporativos, y propietarios para maximizar el valor de sus activos inmobiliarios en todo el territorio Chileno.Trabajar estrechamente con propietarios, empresas inmobiliarias e inversores para identificar oportunidades, negociar y gestionar procesos de búsqueda y comercialización de terrenos y proyectos inmobiliarios.Responsabilidades:Desarrollo de negocios:Identificar y prospectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con propietarios de activos e inmobiliarias.Generar leads de cross selling con otras áreas de la empresaColaborar con los equipos legales, contadores, arquitectos y otros profesionales para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y normativos.Asesoría y representación:Evaluar las necesidades y objetivos de los clientes para desarrollar estrategias y soluciones inmobiliarias personalizadas.Preparar análisis financieros y levantamientos de mercado para respaldar las recomendaciones y negociaciones.Negociar contratos de compraventa, alquiler y otros acuerdos inmobiliarios.Análisis de mercado y tendencias:Realizar junto con los equipos de Research y Consultoría; investigaciones y análisis de mercado para identificar oportunidades y proporcionar recomendaciones a los clientes.Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado inmobiliario corporativo.Tareas administrativas / Gestión internaMantener actualizados en portales la cartera de propiedadesMantener actualizado sistema CRMGestionar firma de mandatosCumplir con capacitaciones internas JLLLocation:On-site –Santiago,CHLIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
