Misión
En Zelestra estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Financial Associate para integrarse al equipo de Investments de nuestra Unidad de Negocios Latam. Su principal propósito será liderar el análisis y la modelación financiera de los proyectos de inversión en energías renovables en Latinoamérica. Este rol implica la identificación de variables clave y riesgos, así como la comunicación efectiva de resultados y recomendaciones a Senior Management; todo lo anterior, dando cumplimento a la normativa vigente y el cumplimiento de nuestros procedimientos internos.

Responsabilidades

  • En colaboración con las Direcciones de Inversiones, Desarrollo y Comercial, analizar proyectos de inversión, su rentabilidad y principales riesgos para preparar casos de negocio para los Comités de Inversión.
  • Dar soporte en etapas tempranas a las áreas Comerciales y de Desarrollo en la selección y evaluación de proyectos que cumplan con los criterios de inversión de la Compañía.
  • Apoyar al equipo de Project Finance en procesos de financiamiento mediante modelación financiera y coordinación de asesores durante el due diligence.
  • Gestionar de manera eficaz la relación con diferentes áreas de la compañía (Desarrollo, Comercial, Project Finance, Controlling, EPC, etc.) para obtener los inputs necesarios para la evaluación de proyectos.
  • Desarrollar modelos financieros de valoración, flujos de caja e IRRs.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Desarrollo, Comercial y Project Finance en la preparación de memorandos para los Comités de Inversión.

Requerimientos del puesto

  • Título de Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín.
  • 5 años de experiencia profesional en general
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Project Finance en sector Energía o Infraestructura / Concesiones
  • Experiencia en cierre de financiamientos con banca.
  • Experiencia desarrollando modelos financieros.
  • Experiencia en sector eléctrico peruano y colombiano será un plus.
  • Microsoft Excel nivel experto.
  • Español e inglés avanzado.
