Como parte del crecimiento de Levita Magnetics en América Latina, estamos buscando un
Operations Manager
que sea responsable de construir y liderar la operación de la empresa en Chile, supervisando la distribución, instalación y servicio de los productos de Levita, impulsando la excelencia operacional y asegurando el cumplimiento de nuestra promesa de innovación, calidad y servicio al cliente en la región.

Buscamos a un líder hands-on con pensamiento estratégico, que quiera venir a consolidar y liderar el área de operaciones

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, implementar y escalar procesos de distribución, envío, recepción, servicing e inventario, comprendiendo los procesos existentes en US y adaptándolos a las necesidades y requisitos locales.
  • Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de Operaciones en Chile, asegurando una correcta ejecución de los procesos operacionales, promoviendo una cultura de calidad, seguridad y mejora continua.
  • Velar por el control de los productos y suministros de acuerdo a los procedimientos de calidad establecidos, llevando registro del movimiento de materiales, planificando inventario y realizando actividades de inspección.
  • Asegurar el control de equipos, definiendo los requisitos de calificación, coordinando y/o realizando actividades de calibración y mantenimiento.
  • Liderar al equipo de servicing en terreno en la instalación y servicio de productos de Levita en los diferentes centros médicos, identificando e impulsando acciones de mejora para garantizar altos estándares de calidad y seguridad.
  • Supervisar logística, importaciones/exportaciones, inventarios, equipos, instalaciones e infraestructura tecnológica, asegurando operaciones eficientes y escalables.
  • Dar cumplimiento a los pedidos de los clientes en tiempo y forma, manteniendo los registros de distribución necesarios, gestionando devoluciones y reemplazos de productos, actuando como el contacto principal entre los centros médicos y Levita.
  • Garantizar el cumplimietno del sistema de calidad y liderar iniciativada de mejora conitnua en todos los procesos operacionales.

Requisitos:

  • Título profesional en Ingeniería, preferiblemente Ingeniería Mecánica o afín.
  • 7+ años de experiencia idealmente en industria regulada
  • Experiencia en áreas de manufactura, bodega, inventario
  • Inglés avanzado
