In this role, you will lead data-driven initiatives that directly enhance customer experience, brand loyalty, and commercial performance for US-based clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs into actionable insights while ensuring data operations run smoothly and reliably. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across analytics, marketing operations, and data governance. You will oversee data quality, tooling, and processes that support scalable growth and informed decision-making. Working in a remote-first, international environment, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing stakeholders.   • Lead market research initiatives across North America and Europe, analyzing company data, digital activity, and business needs
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights and data-backed strategies to drive growth and customer engagement
  • Oversee daily data operations, including data systems management, quality assurance, and governance standards
  • Apply advanced analytics to extract insights that inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and execute outbound and account-based marketing campaigns targeting high-value accounts
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data and reporting tools
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by aligning data initiatives with business objectives
