About the Role

Associate, Client Services
, you will connect
European clients with experts
while working from our
Santiago de Chile office
, supporting the Berlin team during the
8 AM–5 PM Chile time shift
.
This is a
target-driven role requiring strong commercial acumen
—you'll engage and persuade experts, negotiate fees, and consistently deliver excellent client service while meeting KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and onboard European experts.
- Collaborate with Berlin colleagues to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Schedule expert sessions quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate fluently in
German and English
with clients and experts. - Negotiate fees and drive successful project outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
Profile We Seek
We're looking for driven, resilient, and collaborative individuals eager to build a corporate career with rapid growth opportunities. Backgrounds in recruiting, business administration, sales, finance, or commercial engineering are welcome.
Requirements:
- Fluent
English and German OR French OR Italian
