Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Santiago for an Associate at Milano Models. The Associate will coordinate promotional and event modeling activities, collaborate with clients to meet their requirements, and assist in organizing and managing events. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling models, maintaining client relationships, supporting talent selection, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. Additionally, the Associate will handle inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Event planning, coordination, and organizational abilities
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Adaptability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar scheduling and management tools
  • Experience in the modeling or events industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
