Únete a nuestro equipo en Santiago de Chile y sé parte de un área en constante evolución como Tecnología, Sistemas y Telecomunicaciones Buscamos un Field Support AR con experiencia semi senior para integrarse a nuestro equipo. Tu rol principal será brindar soporte en terreno, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas y equipos.

Como Field Support AR, te encargarás de visitar diferentes locaciones para realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, además de brindar asistencia técnica a los usuarios. Serás parte fundamental en la resolución de incidentes y en la implementación de soluciones. Tu capacidad para trabajar de forma presencial y establecer relaciones interpersonales efectivas será clave para el éxito en este puesto.

Además, serás responsable de documentar los procedimientos y reportar el estado de los equipos a los equipos internos de la empresa. Se espera que cuentes con una Tecnicatura completada y un alto nivel de compromiso con la calidad y la resolución de problemas.

Requisitos
  • 1+ años de experiencia en soporte de dispositivos móviles y PC.
  • Conocimiento básico de redes y servidores de administración
  • Experiencia profesional en ensamblaje y desmontaje de dispositivos
  • Deberias tener buen conocimiento de Windows OS (Windows 10) & MS Office
  • Deberias tener buen conocimiento de en distintos equipos de Hardware (HP,Dell, Lenovo)
  • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente, interpersonales y de comunicación con el equipo de trabajo.
  • 1+ años de experiencia en soporte de dispositivos móviles y PC.
