Empresa dedicada al área de tecnologías (Saas), ubicada en Las Condes, esta en busca de una persona para el cargo Customer Support:
Funciones:
-Atender y dar solución, ya sea de forma autónoma o con apoyo del área técnica a las consultas y requerimientos de los clientes.
-Conocer y manejar los distintos sistemas y configuraciones del área de negocio donde se desenvuelve el cargo.
-Registrar las solicitudes de soporte de los clientes en la herramienta de gestión definida, de acuerdo al protocolo establecido.
-Asegurar la correcta resolución de tickets en tiempo y forma vía JIRA.
-Asegurar que el porcentaje de llamadas atendidas de clientes sea la máxima posible.
-Generar reuniones con clientes por plataforma online para replicar problemas reportados previa coordinación con jefatura
Requisitos:
-Enseñanza superior completa, título de administración de empresa, ingeniería comercial o áreas relacionadas.
-Experiencia en atención a clientes y uso de sistemas de control/gestión. Manejo de herramientas de control/gestión de mesa de ayuda.
-Manejo de sistema web en modo usuario y soporte. Experiencia en el uso de sistemas web de apoyo a algún negocio.
-Conocimientos medios o avanzados en el uso de herramientas ofimáticas (Word, Excel, etc)
*Lun a Jueves 9:00 a 18:00 - Vie 9:00 a 17:00
*Salario: líquidos.
