Sobre el rol

El/la Business Development Representative (BDR) será responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, actuando como el primer punto de contacto con potenciales clientes.

Su foco estará en la prospección activa (outbound), identificación de decisores, entendimiento de desafíos del negocio y calificación de oportunidades, contribuyendo directamente al crecimiento del pipeline comercial.

Principales responsabilidades
  • Prospectar activamente nuevos clientes a través de llamadas, correos y LinkedIn.
  • Identificar decisores y levantar necesidades, procesos y desafíos del negocio.
  • Calificar oportunidades comerciales (SQL) y derivarlas al equipo de ventas.
  • Agendar reuniones de discovery y demos para Account Executives.
  • Mantener actualizado el pipeline y las interacciones en Salesforce CRM.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con Ventas y Marketing para mejorar la estrategia outbound.
  • Levantar insights de mercado, objeciones y oportunidades de mejora.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia previa en roles de Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales o similares, idealmente en entornos SaaS o tecnológicos.
  • Fuerte orientación a resultados y desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Ingles Avanzado tanto oral como escrito.
  • Comodidad trabajando con metas comerciales y prospección outbound.
  • Disponibilidad para modalidad híbrida en Viña del Mar.
Deseable
  • Experiencia en venta B2B de software, tecnología, AdTech o medios digitales.
  • Manejo de Salesforce CRM y/o herramientas de prospección comercial.
  • Conocimiento del ciclo de ventas B2B.
  • Experiencia con LinkedIn Sales Navigator u otras herramientas similares.
