para el equipo de Process Integration

en dónde tendrás la oportunidad de diseñar, simular, implementar y optimizar sistemas de control y automatización que aseguren la operación continua, eficiente y segura de los procesos industriales.

Será responsable de la ingeniería de instrumentación y dueño/a de los P&ID, liderando el diseño de lazos de control, la integración de tecnologías y la automatización completa de la planta.

¿Cuáles serían tus principales responsabilidades?

1.Desarrollo de sistemas de automatización

  • Diseñar y programar sistemas de control y automatización aplicando las mejores prácticas y tecnologías líderes en la industria.
  • Elaborar, mantener y ser responsable de los diagramas P&ID, asegurando la correcta integración entre instrumentación, control y procesos.
  • Simular condiciones operativas para validar la funcionalidad, seguridad y desempeño antes de la implementación.
  • Desarrollar soluciones de automatización in-house, optimizando la operación y maximizando la eficiencia de los sistemas industriales.

2.
Implementación y mantenimiento de plataformas de control

  • Implementar plataformas de control avanzadas para optimizar la operación de la planta y los procesos metalúrgicos.
  • Mantener y actualizar los sistemas de control, asegurando su confiabilidad, continuidad operativa y adaptación a nuevas necesidades.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver fallas técnicas en sistemas automatizados, minimizando tiempos de parada y riesgos operacionales.
  • Coordinar pruebas de funcionamiento, comisionamiento y puesta en marcha de nuevos sistemas o componentes.

3.
Desarrollo de soluciones Tecnológicas

  • Diseñar y adaptar hardware y software para la automatización de tareas críticas en los procesos mineros e industriales.
  • Evaluar e integrar nuevas tecnologías, asegurando compatibilidad con los sistemas existentes.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Ingeniería y Tecnología para diseñar soluciones escalables y seguras, reduciendo tiempos de implementación y costos operativos.

4.
Soporte y capacitación

  • Proveer las herramientas e instrumentos necesarios para que los equipos de procesos y operaciones realicen control eficiente y confiable.
  • Capacitar a los equipos técnico en el uso, mantenimiento y actualización de los sistemas de automatización, promoviendo transferencia de conocimiento.
  • Documentar y estandarizar procedimientos, garantizando la continuidad operativa y la seguridad de los sistemas.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Que tengas título de Ingeniero Civil Electrónico, Ingeniero Electrónico o Ingeniero en Instrumentación.
  • Que cuentes con al menos 5 años en Instrumentación y control en empresas líderes en automatización.
  • Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado
  • Que tengas experiencia en desarrollo e integración de software y hardware
  • Capacidad para interpretar y crear diagramas de flujo de procesos
  • Conocimientos en programación de sistemas de control y automatización.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a terreno y visita a proveedores.
