At Bechtel, our teams extract these vital resources to support net zero in a way which is more sustainable than ever before. **Job Summary**: In this role, you will be required to conduct field investigations and client interviews to determine work scope and cost estimates for a project’s control systems aspects. You will lead design, development, modification, and evaluation of control systems components and processes. Your recommendations will resolve technical issues and ensure unique and complex requirements of a project’s control systems aspects are met. **Major Responsibilities**: - Communicating complex technical issues and recommends solutions to upper management. - Supporting preparation of MTO, cost estimates, staffing needs and schedules - Preparing or overseeing the preparation of discipline estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and supports implementation and assists with performance reporting. - Coordinating with client representatives, as directed, to obtain their approval of on Control Systems aspects of the work. - Conducting or leading special studies of new Control Systems engineering methods, materials and techniques. **Education and Experience Requirements**: Requires bachelor's degree in Engineering related to the position, and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience. **Required Knowledge and Skills**: - Work experience developing material requisitions and technical evaluation. - Knowledge of Smart Plant Instrumentation Platform and Office - Knowledge in Specification and Definition of Communications and Fiber Optic Systems. - Knowledge in Control System, DCS, PLC. - Knowledge in Specification and Definition of Field Instrumentation - Intermediate English level. **Total Rewards/Benefits**: For decades, Bechtel has worked to inspire the next generation of employees and beyond Because our teams face some of the world's toughest challenges, we offer robust benefits to ensure our people thrive.
