Introduction
We are seeking a Manager, CNS Quotation and Order Master Data in Americas region to join our newly established CNS Master Data Management team. You will be responsible for leading CNS Quotation and Order Master Data team for Consumables BA. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction combined with efficient execution of quotations and orders.

This position is mainly located in any of the key locations in the region, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements.

You will join a team of professionals who are passionate about taking the Consumables business area to the next level and delivering the business results. We are currently building a new team and ways of working and looking for the best candidate to join us on this journey.

We work closely with both the full Consumables business area and all the market areas. Our team culture is all about driving for results, creating value for Metso and our customers and succeeding together.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of master data specialists
• Ensure master data quality in aftermarket operations for all Consumables BL's
• Ensure processes are defined, instructions are available and Service Level targets are met
• Execute efficient operative performance follow-up (daily/weekly/monthly execution practices), corrective actions and related reporting
• Partner with other CNS functions to ensure good customer service
• Identify development requirements for the processes and work together with different stakeholders to improve operational activities linked to CNS Quotation and Order Master Data team
• Contribute to automation and AI development initiatives to enhance master data processes
• Ensure compliance to Metso processes, policies and guidelines

• You have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• You communicate effectively and build strong relationships, collaborating with stakeholders across functions to ensure customer needs are met proactively.
• You have ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• You have proficiency in Excel functions, data analysis tools and project management methodologies
• You have experience with SAP systems
