The
Jr CD Executive
assists the Customer Development team in achieving sales, distribution, and visibility targets within the assigned H&S Channel. This role focuses on supporting key account execution, sales analysis, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Supervision: Supervise the implementation of the 5 Ps and the work of the merchandisers.
  • Display Negotiation: Negotiate additional displays, furniture (fixtures), and signage to ensure ideal visibility and market share %.
  • Commercial Agreements: Agree upon commercial terms with the client, following the company's monthly strategy.
  • Commercial Policy Control: Control the actions applied to ensure compliance with the Company's Commercial Policy.
  • Analysis and Strategy: Prepare management reports and statistics (more analytical and strategic) to recommend business solutions to the client.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Commercial Support, ideally in FMCG or related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency is mandatory).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
