Objetivo del cargo:

Diseñar, implementar y gestionar estrategias que aseguren una experiencia excepcional para el colaborador en cada punto de contacto con Apiux. Tu objetivo es fortalecer la cultura organizacional, potenciar el compromiso (engagement) y asegurar que el ciclo de vida del talento sea fluido, humano y eficiente.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Gestión del Ciclo de Vida: Supervisar y optimizar las etapas del colaborador, desde el Onboarding hasta el Offboarding (entrevistas de salida y análisis de datos). Employee Experience (EX): Diseñar iniciativas que mejoren el clima laboral y el bienestar, utilizando metodologías de Employee Journey Mapping para identificar momentos de dolor y oportunidades de mejora. Cultura y Comunicación Interna: Ser embajador de los valores de Apiux, gestionando canales de comunicación que mantengan al equipo alineado, informado y motivado. Gestión del Desempeño y Talento: Coordinar los procesos de evaluación de desempeño y desarrollo de carrera. Capacitación y Aprendizaje: Identificar brechas de habilidades y gestionar programas de formación técnica y de habilidades blandas Medición y Analytics: Aplicar encuestas de clima (eNPS), procesar resultados y proponer planes de acción basados en datos para retener el talento.
