Job Description
Reportando al Director HR LATAM y a la Gerencia GEneral, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de Recursos Humanos alineadas con los objetivos organizacionales.
  • Supervisar procesos de reclutamiento, selección y capacitación de personal en Chile y Perú.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas laborales locales en ambos países.
  • Gestionar las relaciones laborales y actuar como punto de contacto entre la dirección y los empleados.
  • Monitorear y optimizar los indicadores de desempeño del área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Coordinar la implementación de programas de desarrollo y planes de carrera para los empleados.
  • Supervisar la gestión de beneficios y compensaciones de los trabajadores.
  • Promover una cultura organizacional que fomente la colaboración y el compromiso.

The Successful Applicant
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

  • Formación académica enIngeniería Comercial, Psicología / Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Abogado o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobable en roles de liderazgo en el sector industrial o manufactura.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en legislación laboral de Chile y Perú.
  • Habilidades para gestionar equipos y liderar procesos de cambio organizacional.
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas tecnológicas de gestión de Recursos Humanos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno presencial en Chile.
