Responsibilities- Report directly to the Latin America Metals & Mining Leader and be accountable for developing and leading the Metals & Mining practice in Mexico, with a strong focus on project management and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the global Metals & Mining Industry team, contributing to thought leadership, offerings, and methodologies, and bringing global best practices to the Mexican and Latin American markets.
- Lead and support consulting engagements involving business assessment, transformation, and implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, maintaining and expanding relationships in alignment with account teams.
- Participate in and contribute to internal and external industry networks, supporting business development and market growth.
- Is motivated by making a tangible and measurable impact for clients.
- Enjoys solving complex challenges in operational, safety, and sustainability contexts.
- Is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Is collaborative and capable of leading diverse, cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in a management consulting firm and/or hands-on experience in the Metals & Mining industry.
- Solid knowledge of industry solutions and best practices related to operational risk, operational excellence, and sustainability.
- More than 7 years of experience delivering transformation and growth initiatives in the Metals & Mining sector.
- Strong C-level communication skills, with the ability to drive business development, solution design, and high-quality delivery.
- Proven experience in managing, leading, and developing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and comfortable in a rapidly growing consulting environment.
- Technical experience supporting clients on transformation journeys, including strategy definition, operational roadmaps, integration into business units, and implementation support.
- Familiarity with dss+ methodologies is a plus.
- Proven track record in management consulting and individual business development.
- Strong technical, business, and commercial acumen.
- Effective leadership skills to lead internal teams and engage senior client stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Ideal profile combines industry and consulting experience.
- More than 7 years of professional experience in management consulting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
- Spanish: mandatory (fluent)

- Portuguese: a plus
