Ejecutar procesos documentales en MSC Agencia, de acuerdo con las regulaciones existentes, cumpliendo plazos y coordinando efectivamente los cambios de destino y correctores en base a los alineamientos de MSC y gerencia de documentación
- Gestionar y coordinar los cambios de destino para la carga embarcada desde y hacia Chile. Incluyen embarques de MSC Bolivia, MSC Mendoza y MSC Paraguay.
- Reexportaciones, retornos y reimportaciones.
- Planificar las rutas con los distintos puertos y áreas involucrados en la operación.
- Verificar los costos documentales, operacionales y aduaneros asociados a los puertos involucrados en el COD.
- Cumplir los plazos de manifiesto y operativos en el cambio de destino.
- Aplicar correcciones de BLs.
- Manejar las regulaciones y restricciones de los países donde opera MSC.
- Trabajo directo con el área comercial Export e Import (CS, Sales, Pricing), equipos documentales export e import Chile – WW, transbordos WW, Incidents, Línea, Planning, finanzas, SSC COD Greece, agencias WW, etc.
- Contacto directo con clientes.
