Solar Retail Strategy

Mission: Focus on the solar retail distributors in South America. This role is responsible for building and expanding relationships with strategically key customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell into residential, commercial, and utility market segments.
  • Responsible for the operation and implementation of effective business development measures to ensure the promotion and generation of sales.
  • Taking actions to resolve complex problems and implement measures to achieve cost savings.
  • Increase distributor volume across all product lines.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-related field preferred.
  • Business development expertise with a proven sales track record.
  • Professional experience in working with PV solar inverters preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and leadership abilities.
  • Strong goal orientation and closing mindset.
  • Proven ability to articulate the value proposition of solutions.
  • Able to work with a high degree of independence.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Customer focus with bottom line in mind.
  • Willing to travel in South America.
