Your Role

  • Prospect and qualify leads.
  • Administer deals in CRM systems and follow up on activities.
  • Follow up with potential customers through the sales process.
  • Increase sales, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Offer expert support to further sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, advising on sales approaches, providing solutions, and aligning proposals with customer needs.
  • Create high-quality proposals that mirror the right value proposition.
  • Manage the entire sales process and deliver target sales intake.
  • Plan and organize your own work and support team members.

Requirements

  • IDentify business challenges and position relevant solutions.
  • Connect business needs to value propositions.
  • Create urgency and vision for clients.
  • Understand general technical concepts (e.g., legal tech, API).
  • Organize work and maintain control of deals.
  • Communicate effectively with different levels of the company.
  • Negotiate and influence skills.
  • Natural empathy in sales cycles and interactions.
  • High self-confidence, positivity, and drive to help others succeed.
  • Show energy and desire to learn.
  • Perform under pressure and maintain quality of work.

Experience

  • 5-7 years as a Field Sales Executive (ideally in sales software solutions).
  • Knowledge of the legal sector is an advantage.

Background

  • University Degree level education.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
  • Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
