We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team at Topsort, a global SaaS company that specializes in auction-based technology for marketplaces and retailers. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our sales team, working closely with product and engineering teams to develop new products and features, and guiding customers through the integration process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to our sales team, including conducting product demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials
  • Understanding clients' technical requirements and designing tailored solutions using Topsort's APIs and platform
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development
  • Assisting in developing sales materials, technical documentation, and training resources
  • Guiding customers through the integration process and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, experience interacting with customers and stakeholders, proficiency in building integration tools and APIs, and experience with RESTful APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and authentication methods (OAuth). Additionally, you will need to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements, preferably with experience in SaaS integrations or ad tech, familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and integration platforms, and a can-do attitude and growth mentality.
