Sales and Training Representative

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team at Reesmarx. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and training healthcare providers on our innovative medical device solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build lasting relationships with customers and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Market and promote our medical device solutions to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer technical or clinical questions.
- Collaborate with the Channel Manager to achieve sales targets.
- Design and deliver training programs for customers.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed about market trends and customer requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
- Technical knowledge of clinical settings, operating rooms, and medical devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a relevant field.
- Familiarity with hospital supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time and territory management.
