Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have postgraduate studies (Master's or equivalent) in Education, Pedagogy, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or another related discipline.

  • Proven substantive work experience in teacher policies and frameworks, teacher training (pre-service and in-service), and teacher professional development in Latin American and Caribbean countries.
  • Excellent language proficiency in Spanish and English (written and oral).
