We're looking for a talented and strategic Media Sales Leader to join our team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and team management. This role is critical in developing and executing plans to meet and exceed revenue targets while fostering a motivated and results-driven sales culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue maximization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and key stakeholders to expand our market presence.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to needs analysis, stakeholder mapping, and product demonstration.
  • Manage and control the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct financial management and budget control to optimize profitability and meet financial targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities and enhance our media offering.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of media solutions.

This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a track record of driving business growth and revenue. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and developing sales teams are essential. Expertise in media planning, digital advertising, and working with media agencies is highly desirable.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • At least 5 years experience in media sales, with a proven ability to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills, with 1 to 2 years of experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Expertise in media planning, digital advertising, and working with media agencies.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Deep understanding of commercial processes, financial management, and pipeline control.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
