Your primary objectives will be to:
- Explore potential customers and generate a solid database for the development of business opportunities;
- Develop and promote sales channels that best suit the nature of the business;
- Collect and analyze market information to give the best recommendations to area management;
- Promote a culture that incorporates responsibility, training, teamwork, and collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in heavy machinery sales or a related field;
- Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike;
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English;
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
