Company Overview: Aarriscares is seeking compassionate and qualified Personal Care Specialists to join our team for home visits. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing essential personal care services to individuals in the comfort of their homes or facilities.
Job Description: We are currently seeking Personal Care Specialists to provide bath visits for patients per care plans, assist with personal hygiene and grooming, monitor and report changes in patient health status, provide emotional support and companionship, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful as a Personal Care Specialist, you must have a valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, previous experience as a Home Health Aide preferred, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, willingness to travel to and from patient homes or facilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual patient needs.
