Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert support to clients by addressing and resolving open cases promptly
* Actively participating in all phases of company projects, including upgrades, migrations, and implementations
* Managing the correction of defects and driving product enhancements within internal product evolution streams
* Conducting training sessions for internal teams and clients
* Providing on-site support to clients as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in trading, finance, or capital markets
* Strong understanding of foreign exchange, bonds, currency and rate derivatives, commodities, and equities
* Familiarity with programming logic and best practices
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English being essential
