The trading consultant provides support and delivery services to our clients on her/his expertise domain according to Murex standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Understood client business needs, comunicate internally, get feedback on posible solutions, test and deliver to client and follow up with them until deployment. This work method will be applied on the following list of task:
- Provide support services to clients: follow-up and solving of open cases.-
- Contribute to company project on the different phases of upgrade, migration or implementation projects as a stream member and participate to the client workshops.-
- Work on internal product evolution stream: Manage defect correction and product enhancement.-
- Conduct trainings, internal to Murex or to clients.-
- Contribute to client assistance on-site. Availability to travel abroad.-
- Provide internal assistance to more senior profiles when needed.-
- Work on an internal product evolution stream.To be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.-
- 2+ years working in fields related to trading, finance, capital markets.-
- To have Knowledge related to banking trading, derivatives, forex, or others. To have learning skills for financial markets.-
- Understand programming logic and best practices: Ideally have some knowledge of basic programming and database management such as SQL.-
- Good communication skills, and Advanced English is an essential requirement.Why should you join us:
