Monster Beverage Corporation is a leading beverage company that offers a range of energy drinks and other beverages. We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Development Manager to join our team in the position of Trade Development Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective trade development strategies, managing distributor relationships, and executing national and regional sales programs. They will work closely with the National Sales and Regional Account Management Teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Manage relationships with distributors and some customers in the assigned territory
- Maximize sales and distribution of all company products through local and national sales programs
- Train and coach distributor/bottler sales forces
- Develop partnerships to drive improved performance
- Conduct business performance reviews with distributors/bottlers
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environment
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office
