Sales Specialist for Utility and Mining Industry

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on sales of systems within the utility and mining industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
Main Responsibilities
- Sell systems to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for related business units.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offerings.
- Prepare sales plans using company tools and perform regular status reviews.
- Create added value for customers and Hitachi Energy by ensuring successful outcomes of transactions, contracts, and proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Identify and drive development of new market opportunities in designated markets.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in sales.
- Required languages: Intermediate/Advanced English and Spanish.
- Education: Electrical, Electronic, or Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge and established network in the utility and mining sector.
- Knowledge in control, protection, SCADA, and high-voltage telecommunications.
