Responsibilities:
- Inspect and Report on Manufacturing Quality: Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Initiate Rejection Reports: Identify and report any non-conforming materials or products that do not meet our quality standards.
- Ensure Proper Documentation: Verify that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Perform Incoming, CQA, and Final Product Inspections: Conduct inspections at various stages of production to ensure quality.
- Drive Process Changes: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Track Quality Metrics: Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure we're meeting our goals.
- Document Quality Issues: Record and document any quality issues that arise during inspections.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong Math Skills: Strong math skills are essential for this role.
- Minimum 2 Years' Experience: A minimum of two years' experience inspecting mechanical parts and assemblies is required.
