About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Raven. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading business teams to define, create, deliver, and manage new products. Your focus will be on driving short-term goals and performance, as well as mid to long-term transformation within our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and innovation to identify new opportunities.
- Evaluate resources needed for successful product definition and provide business context to clients and delivery teams.
- Define product specifications, tools, and methodologies to ensure business vision and viability.
- Lead product launch plans and set expectations for delivery of new business results.
- Generate reports on product progress and business impact.
- Align and provide business context to design and development teams.
- Investigate market participants and evaluate necessary resources for product definition.
Requirements
- Professionals with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Communication are preferred.
- Experience developing external products is essential.
- Experience in financial services, mobile banking, or fintechs is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner in IT areas is required.
- Strong knowledge and experience in software development are necessary.
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Passion for software development and technology is essential.
- At least 3 years of ideal work experience.
