OPERATIONS MANAGER

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with production and stock levels of the products marketed by the company, supervising and controlling that production, maintenance, distribution, sales administration, and Finished Products Warehouse tasks are carried out according to quality and safety policies, occupational health, and environmental protection of the company and under current legal regulations.

Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and control the work of personnel under your charge to ensure it is carried out under conditions of safety, quality, and environmental protection defined by the company.
  2. Supervise and control the execution of the company's monthly production plan.
  3. Define and control the expense budget of Operations Management.
  4. Supervise and control the execution of maintenance programs for equipment and machinery, as well as their repair.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Full proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Operations Manager.
  • It is a plus to have knowledge of the food sector.
