Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for serving as the primary liaison with our clients, ensuring smooth communication and providing the necessary information for product or system development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate collaboration between clients, technical teams, and factories to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering advice, recommendations, and identifying business opportunities by promoting our products and equipment.
  • Lead the development of new markets, programs, campaigns, and events in collaboration with technical teams, managing activities within assigned territories and adhering to client visit schedules.
  • Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals, leading training sessions, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks related to accounts receivable by ensuring clients meet their commercial obligations.
  • Generate reports and perform additional tasks as assigned by direct management.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical sales and client visits, with at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or engineering roles.
  • Familiarity with pumps, pumping systems, and/or industrial process equipment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
