Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality results.

Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Performance Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve cluster/community performance, including weekly coaching sessions, call audits, and huddles.
  2. Client Advocacy: Work closely with clients to deliver high-quality results, including coaching compliance, attendance infractions, and providing ideas for improving client products and processes.
  3. People Management: Manage and direct teams of associates/senior associates, with a focus on developing skills, knowledge, and ensuring accountability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • Three years of operations and management experience, with a focus on process transformation and US banking/financial services expertise.
  • Four to five years of experience managing 150-200 FTEs, with strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
