Sutherland Global, a leading provider of business process outsourcing services, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled operations professional to manage the performance of our collections team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, analyzing data, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Performance Management
  • Lead weekly coaching sessions and call audits to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve operational goals.
  • Partner with other operations teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Client Advocacy
  • Act as a liaison between Sutherland Global and clients to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and develop plans to address any issues.
People Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve their performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least three years of experience in operations management, preferably in the collections industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
