Cencora is seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Chemist to join our team in a regulatory compliance specialist role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all depot activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all depot activities are compliant with ICH, GMP, GCP, GDP, and FDA Good Clinical Practices, as well as local regulatory affairs and company standard operating procedures.
- Depot Operations: Maintain and assure compliance with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures, which contain all specific instructions for developing daily depot activities.
- Documentation Management: Verify and organize all documentation received, shipment arrival conditions, storage, and extra documentation related to products received at the depot.
- Customer Support: Provide support to customers regarding protocols stored at the depot and ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and solve possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against the working schedule.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other company departments to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Education: Degree in Pharmacy/Químico Farmacéutico.
- Language: Full command of English.
- Experience: Experience in Pharmacy Management and/or Clinical Trials.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal relationships, leadership skills, and computer skills.
