This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Compensation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and administrating compensation programs, including salary administration, annual and long-term cash incentives, sales compensation, cash incentives, and supplemental pay programs.
You will coordinate the design and administration of executive programs, including stock options, long-term incentives, and other executive programs. Additionally, you will review existing compensation programs to ensure they align with market practices, identify gaps or issues in existing compensation practices for continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with country laws and union(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement global compensation programs in the region to ensure consistency throughout the organization
- Lead programs for LA such as annual pay increases, profit sharing, Christmas bonuses, incentive plans, retention, and supplemental pay plans
- Manage the compensation survey process and setting market reference points (MRP's) with the regional compensation team
- Partner with HR business partners to work with business management to provide sound recommendations and advice on total rewards-based solutions to ensure regional and global consistency
