We're seeking an experienced International Compensation Expert to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing compensation structures that meet the needs of our diverse client base. You will evaluate and select relevant software for running payroll, incorporating Deel product technology requirements. Additionally, you'll ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll in your region, as well as in other trained countries.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for innovation and excellence. You'll be responsible for preparing and reconciling internal payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities. Furthermore, you'll own all critical local payroll and HR processes, including setting up involuntary deductions, supporting onboardings and offboardings of employees on record in your region.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution. They should also possess 4+ years of payroll and HR experience, with experience in relevant country. Strong verbal and written skills, as well as advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions, are also required.
