Senior Client Development Manager

Epsilon, a global leader in outcome-based marketing, seeks a Senior Client Development Manager to join its sales team in Colombia. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in growing, maintaining, and nurturing current business relationships while driving the renewal of existing accounts with a focus on Epsilon's Media, Advertising, and Data platforms.
About the Role- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts (agencies and direct clients), promoting awareness of Epsilon's solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Expand the client base by securing new partnerships, both with previous collaborators and fresh prospects, including brands and agencies.
This role requires a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and retention, with a proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Clients and Partnerships: Foster deep relationships with assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring seamless delivery of Epsilon's solutions.
- Client Objectives: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, campaign briefs, and target audiences, developing strategies that align with their needs.
- Project Management: Clearly define and manage project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies for junior team members, internal stakeholders, and clients.
- Training and Support: Provide training, project support, and career advice to junior team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Data-Driven Strategies: Develop and implement data-driven strategies leveraging audiences, programmatic buying, and social media to meet client objectives across the marketing funnel.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Drive product adoption and revenue growth by implementing strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives tailored to each client's unique requirements.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for client training and service enhancements, ensuring that customer needs are met with excellence and efficiency.
- Renewal Process: Lead the renewal process for existing accounts, surpassing renewal targets through proactive engagement and exceptional service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address client concerns and challenges, championing the overall health and satisfaction of client relationships.
- Industry Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with clients and colleagues.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience selling Advertising and/or Marketing technology products, preferably at multinational or leading national companies.
- Prior experience in Ad-Tech/Martech and/or Programmatic sales is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- A competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
