Your Role
As part of the Power Technique division, you will be instrumental in supporting our global business through various applications, including eCommerce, Customer Relationship Management, Product Information Management, and Marketing Automation. We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our team, focusing on customer support for our SAP CX suite (Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Service, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud). Your role will involve transforming challenges into opportunities for improved customer satisfaction, ensuring our BPX and CRM Lead community thrives in utilizing these applications effectively.
You will be responsible for diagnosing user issues and identifying root causes, leveraging your deep understanding of the applications and their operational environment to resolve problems or provide insights to those who can assist.
You will report directly to the IT Team Lead for Sales & Marketing Applications within the Power Technique IT team.
