Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the organization of projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables from all involved areas.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all teams involved in each project.
- Negotiate with internal and external clients to achieve optimal project outcomes.
- Manage obstacles that hinder project success.
- Provide regular project status updates.
- Maintain close monitoring of projects and adjust course when necessary.
- Understand product requirements from the business side and execute configurations in corporate systems.
- Run automated tests using artificial intelligence.
- Configure robots for testing purposes via artificial intelligence.
- Active participation in business meetings to explore opportunities with existing and new dealers.
- Foster excellent communication among various company departments for successful project execution.
- Collaborate on meeting established deadlines for launching new products and implementing new clients.
- Identify and control risks.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
- Project management certification.
- Experience in product configuration.
- Strong knowledge of technology and systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Artificial intelligence knowledge.
- Intermediate English proficiency (desirable).
- Desirable knowledge in Scrum, Agile, SQL Server, Java, Visual Basic, Soap UI, etc.
- Desirable three years of experience in testing or implementation roles.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
