As a Surety and Financial Solutions Growth Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the growth strategy for the Surety and Financial Solutions lines of business across the South Cluster. This includes structuring, developing, implementing, and managing the growth strategy, as well as providing a dedicated level of service for both Global Businesses across Argentina, Chile, and Peru.
You will work closely with the Regional Lines of Business to define the service proposal for prospect clients and collaborate with the client service team to identify and win cross-sell opportunities.
Additionally, you will navigate through the Willis Towers Watson network to support and solve business-as-usual requests, escalating to Regional Lines of Business when necessary.
You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing international surety and/or Financial Solutions accounts flowing into and out of the South Cluster.
Furthermore, you will participate in internal planning meetings, lead the pipeline for Surety and Financial Solutions Lines of Business, and deliver growth efforts.
You will develop senior relationships with strategic insurance markets, lead the placement process for the Lines of Business, and be the second pair of eyes from start to end.
Lastly, you will negotiate competitive terms and conditions for clients with a high level of service.
