- Content Calendar Development: Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive content calendar featuring 20+ engaging posts per month.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of trends by incorporating at least one trending format or concept into the content each month.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to all ad comments and direct messages within 12 hours during business days.
Additional responsibilities include fostering positive relationships with our followers and customers, identifying and onboarding content creators, and managing content requests. You will also be responsible for tracking creator effectiveness and engagement, refining creator selection for future collaborations.
