Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to become a vital part of our international team. Your contributions will be meaningful, and you will play a crucial role in helping the organization reach its ambitious objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess Customer Requirements: Identify customer needs, develop tailored service plans, communicate preparations, ensure necessary resources for installations, and coordinate preventative maintenance efforts.
  • Manage Service Scheduling: Schedule and assign tasks to service engineers based on their location, availability, and service type, while also overseeing their time off and providing technical support.
  • Maintain Service Documentation: Record service engineers' assignments, keep service reports updated, categorize warranty and billable parts, and ensure timely follow-up on service reports.
  • Customer Communication: Regularly update customers regarding upcoming work, conduct follow-up reviews, and ensure they are informed about service activities.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees and service engineers on navigating the company database, trip processes, creating time sheets, expense reports, and other essential procedures.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff for deliveries and returns, and manage technical files to facilitate efficient service operations.
  • Overtime Management: Serve as the control point for overtime requests, keep management informed of significant issues, participate in meetings, and ensure that work areas are well-maintained and secure.
Qualifications

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent training and experience.
  • At least two years of experience in service coordination, ideally within a seasonal production environment.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with familiarity in travel procedures, geographical knowledge, and customer service practices.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple concurrent issues while ensuring fair treatment of all service engineers.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong understanding of customer readiness and satisfaction.
