About the Role
The Senior Order Processor will be responsible for managing the ordering process received from relevant sales teams or service towers. This role ensures the delivery and completion of orders until handover to the respective billing team. The ideal candidate will maintain customer files with sales contracts and other information, generate price quotations, and manage order sheets and validation of order processing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders received from sales teams
- Coordinate provisioning of orders until delivery and completion
- Administer order policy and procedure
- Manage orders received from sales
- Validate all order management documentation
- Coordinate placing of orders for provisioning
- Ensure project team delivers orders and completion report is generated for handover
- Prepare and confirm all invoice data in systems and activate billing based on workflow
- Ensure completed orders are handed over to relevant billing team for invoicing
- Support inquiries from sales and other teams regarding existing customer contract information
- Coach and mentor junior resources within the team
Requirements
- High school diploma with relevant vocational training
- Demonstrated experience in order processing, customer service, or related role, preferably gained within a global IT services organization
