As a Senior Technical Specialist in Clinical Solutions, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and implementing healthcare IT solutions at customer institutions.
You will assist with identification and documentation of business and technical needs and objectives, and translate to technical requirements, specifications, and configurations.
Install and configure company software (Clinical/Hospital/Information Systems, Radiology and Imaging solutions (RIS-PACS-VNA), integration engines, etc.) and interact with customers on a regular basis with limited supervision.
Main Responsibilities
- Create, design, and implement healthcare IT solutions at customer institutions (with different levels of complexity).
- Assist with identification and documentation of business and technical needs and objectives, and translate to technical requirements, specifications, and configurations.
- Install and configure company software (Clinical/Hospital/Information Systems, Radiology and Imaging solutions (RIS-PACS-VNA), integration engines, etc.).
- Interact with customers on a regular basis with limited supervision, solve the majority of customer issues without additional assistance, providing training and support.
- Collaborate with global research and development teams, English language is a must.
- Create technical documentation such as workflow analysis and design, requirements book, functional specification, test plans, etc.
- Create user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
- Assist with training on the administration and use of the solution (train the trainer approach for end-user training).
- Participate in the technical support queue as application expert escalation point for the support team.
- Participate in project calls with customers and act as a subject matter expert on software solutions.
- Assist Sales Team with demos and design considerations and act as a subject matter expert on sales calls.
