Customer Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and customer-centric Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Santiago. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Solve complex technical problems for customers, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Participate in technical issue analysis and debugging, driving innovation within the Support Engineering organization.
Requirements:
  • Basic Linux Administration, Basic SQL, and Basic Java Application troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 2 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
